Black Bean and Chili Steamed Tilapia
White fillets of Tilapia, topped with a blanket of Oriental flavors, set on a bed of aromatics, and left to steam until perfectly delicate. A restaurant-quality fish dinner out of your very own Instant Pot.

• 2 Tilapia Fillets
• 2 tablespoons Fermented Black Beans, chopped
• 1-2 Thai chilis, chopped
• 1 tablespoon minced Ginger
• 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
• 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
• Leeks
1. Toss the black beans, chili, ginger, shallots, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a bowl.
2. Arrange the leeks at the bottom of the pot, forming a bed for the tilapia fillets.
3. Pour in half a cup of water.
4. Lay the fish on top of the leeks and spoon the black bean mixture on top.
5. Cook on low pressure for 2 minutes. Release pressure.
Not that much of a preference for tilapia? Most types of grouper and marlin would be excellent as well, if not better choices. Also, be sure to have some extra chopped cilantro for topping off the dish right before serving.
